            5             MS. RICHMOND:  Our next matter's Item P1.3 

            6    CROS Project Update and Actions.  

            7             MR. GAU:  Good evening, Chairman and 

            8    Members.  David Gau, Chief Deputy Director.  

            9             CROS staff is continuing to review the 

           10    final proposals.  The review is progressing on 

           11    schedule.  We are also moving forward at the 

           12    recruitment of the CROS Project Director.  The 

           13    advertisement or the position became advertised last 

           14    evening and we will make efforts to make sure that 

           15    it gets broad visibility.  

           16             As far as the budget, the budget for the 

           17    month of November, we came in at 649,000 which was 

           18    under the $738,000 monthly budget.  And our 

           19    year-to-date and project-to-date figures are under 

           20    budget as well.  

           21             That concludes my report for CROS.  

           22             MR. HORTON:  Discussion?
